Shipping and returns

Shipping

Your order is delivered within 10 to 15 business days after payment (20 to 30 business days for the 30 and 40-bubble cabinets), the time it takes to make your piece. It travels by tracked Colissimo, signature required on delivery. You receive a link to track your parcel online.

Each shelf is carefully packed by hand, protected with newspapers collected from the people of our village (a big thank you to them) and recycled cardboard. Each bubble is wrapped individually.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country.

Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
